Atheris Innovations provides modern solutions to help guitarists swap pickups and components with so much less wasted time and frustration.

Our primary design is a patented modular pickguard for S-style guitars:

We use a split-panel design that is a drop-in replacement for the old single-panel pickguard.
Our design makes it possible to change parts, pickups, or panels without messing with the strings or removing the neck.
This means a player can essentially do on-the-fly swaps or repairs in as little as 5 minutes, truly ‘plug-and-play’!
This modular approach makes it super-easy to tinker and swap components in/out (via high force ‘press-fit’ connectors) to find the perfect values for your setup without all the headaches.

We provide stunning panels that fit like they should!

Our precision-milled modular pickguard panels are spec’d to match current production 11-hole strat pickguards, with counterbored holes to provide the same fit as the one that came with the guitar, regardless of year. We incorporate many other ‘functional conveniences’ into our modular pickguard that make putting one on your guitar truly a rewarding experience.

We also make quick-connect wiring harnesses to make the entire ‘swap’ process solder free! Our hand-wired harnesses use premium high-reliability components to offer the most transparent signal-path for ease-of-use you can count on for decades to come. NASA spec components and methods ensure the harnesses we make for you are the best you can get.

We currently offer ‘Standard Vol-Tone-Tone’ with 5-way and treble bleed, ‘Master Vol-Tone’ with 5-way and treble bleed, ‘Vol-Vol-Tone for HH’ with 3-way and treble bleed (for dual humbucker setups), and ‘Passive Treble Bass’ (‘PTB’) with 5-way and treble bleed, and we are able to explore other custom schemes upon request.

Our modular pickguards can, of course, be used with either the ‘quick-connect wiring’, or with the more traditional ‘soldered wiring’, though our experiences have led us to heavily favor using quick-connect components for the fastest, easiest, changeout process ever.
